Tracking information and an email confirmation will be sent to the email you provided when creating your account. Please allow 12 - 24 hours from receipt of this email for tracking information to be logged by your carrier. If you did not receive this email please contact us at


Our domestic and international standard shipping and express shipping may vary, see prices at checkout.


Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2:00 pm EST will be shipped out the same day (excluding holidays). If placed after 2:00 pm EST, the order will be shipped out the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm EST will be shipped out on the following Monday. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders to P.O. Boxes will be cancelled and refunded.


We ask for 1-4 business days to fulfill all orders. Typically, orders are fulfilled within 2 business days. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team at

There maybe duties and/or customs taxes applied to your order by your local government. If international orders are refused due to failure to pay duty and tax, LiLianno Swimwear is not held responsible. 


Return / exchange policy

We will happily accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in original condition with original tags attached for a return or an exchange (only for domestic purchasers) within 15 days after date of delivery. All item(s) will undergo a detailed inspection once received. If the item(s) tags or hygienic liners are removed, your return will be automatically denied. We will credit your original method of payment within 15 business days of receipt of the returned item to our warehouse.

Please note, there is a $7.95 returns handling fee with each returned order. This fee helps to cover the cost of the provided return label, the processing and re-stocking of returned items.

FINAL SALE - We do not accept exchanges or returns for items purchased ON SALE (marked down in red prior to checkout).

EXCHANGES - Exchanges are only eligible for customers who purchased within Canada.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - It is imperative you retain your proof of postage as we cannot be liable for goods not returned to us.

All international packages may be subject to taxes and duties. This charge is not calculated into the total price at checkout. The customer's country's local customs office will assess the additional customs fees and notify the customer of this additional charge by email, phone, or physical notice. The amount of the charge is completely at the discretion of one's local government. We are legally required to claim the true price of products purchased and our shipping system automatically enters this information into the customs documents it creates. Please note: If you used a discount on your order, your customs office assesses taxes based on the original retail price. We are unable to offer a refund for taxes/duties. LiLianno Swimwear is not held responsible nor can refund/reimburse for any taxes or duties charged by the customer’s local government. Any fees of this nature are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

In accordance with local governments, the Public Health Department guidelines, our fulfillment center employees maintain at least six feet distance to ensure the safety of their health and to ensure orders are processed with minimal contact. However, delivery delays are expected.
